Went with this service because of how communicative Dana was in getting me all the information I needed for my move and how reasonable their rates were. On the day of the move Bob & AB arrived on time and worked very hard and quickly to package & move all my items with care. They were both very kind to me and anyone they interacted with that day. Aybi, Jony, Isaac and Ali were great!  I got a call 20 minutes before they came so I knew exactly when they were coming. They were all very courteous and helpful and took extra care of our things. They always asked if we needed help if they saw us trying to lift something.  When they finished unloading, they asked if there was anything else they could help with and all this great service was very reasonably priced. I will definitely call them again for our next move. Ben and his partner were absolutely phenomenal. They arrived promptly and surveyed our place before starting the clock. Both were fast, hardworking and professional and absolutely took great care of our belongings. 

We are moving across the country and we're moving our stuff into a upack trailer in pacoima. We live in a 2 bedroom apartment 1400 sqft in westwood but 3 kids so we actually have a ton of stuff. They were super fast to load and pack up our stuff and meet me in pacoima. This is where things become amazing. Again since we had so much stuff I was fully expecting to use about 20 feet of the trailer.. for those of you not familiar you pay by the number of feet used in the trailer. Ben and his partner used their amazing skills to get all our stuff in 12 feet!! The price difference was over $1200!

Our foreman, John, and his crew did an incredible job with an extremely long move around SoCal. 

John was very friendly, efficient and highly experienced with conducting such a move. His crew moved fast and got a lot done in a reasonable amount of time. 

I feel lucky that we were able to get his crew for our last-minute move.

Nick and his partner did an excellent job coordinating with me in moving our old bed in LA to our guest room in OC. This is the 3rd time we hired these movers since our previous experiences exceeded our expectations, and they definitely didn't disappoint this time around either.

Our bed came perfectly wrapped and secured with no signs of marks or dings. They were also very careful about moving it around the house in every corner and doorway.

Lastly this is an Asian household so we have a no shoe policy, and it was awesome that they were very accommodating towards that. I have major OCD so it was nice to see they didn't step outside with their socks and dragging it back inside.

This was the first time I've used movers and the whole process was stress-free. I compared a lot of companies and I'm glad I settled on U-Free. The booking process was simple and they weren't pushy. They communicated well and answered all my questions. I rented a uhaul and packed my items myself, so I only needed help shrink wrapping my furniture, taking everything downstairs, and loading the truck. Mark and Erik were very efficient in doing this.
